We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and analytical mindset, who enjoys the fast-paced world of finance in a very varied customer facing role.
You will
- manage the testing of our builds, installers, integrations, updates
- communicate with customers using our helpdesk to resolve technical issues and answer technical inquiries
- help customers installing our software on their machines and suggest improvements to our installer systems
- help reproduce technical bugs/issues and ensure resolution
- propose improvements around usability of the technical aspects of our platform and feed into the dev/product team
- work with QA team to ensure testing on new releases is completed to a high standard
- verify fixes and collaborate with the dev team on regressions and improvements
- help to improving our user guide documentation
You have
- experience in technical support/customer service
- knowledge of different operating systems, servers and experience managing self-hosted products
- exposure to Windows, Linux and AWS ecosystem
- a talent for solving problems and a passion for troubleshooting issues
- strong written and verbal communication skills
You are
- a fast learner
- customer oriented
- able and willing to multitask between the different support, QA and documentation aspects
- fluent in English, spoken and written
- available to take on shifts to ensure support to customers located in different time zones
- (when allowed by the global travel restrictions) available to take on short business trips on short notice
