HSE Supervisor (m/w/d)

BA Glass is one of the largest manufacturers of glass containers in Europe intended for the food and beverage industry. We are looking for dynamic colleagues for our plant in Gardelegen.

Your responsibilities:

• Create, develop and implement preventive and protective measures.

• Support in the implementation of the corresponding safety and environment management system of the company.

• Manage the validation process of external service providers.

• Implement and organize the internal environment and safety plan, as well as execute the agreed simulations plan.

• Manage the studies and assessments of risk factors (noise, thermal comfort, lighting...)

• Waste management.

• Control and analysis of work accidents.

• Control of environment aspects.

• Support in certification and / or monitoring processes and audits.

• Provide training in management systems.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering (safety, environmental or similar).

• Health and Safety certification (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit - SIFA).

• Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Professional experience in industrial environment.

• Experience in environmental management system.

• Knowledge about environment legal requirements.

• Experience in team management.

• Proactivity and autonomy.

• Fluent in German and English.
